The image scaled so that only half the exhibit was on the monitor and not the whole exhibit. It was off to the side. I was testing it on a 40 inch Samsung HD LCD tv with HDMI inputs. Not sure if Lectura has conformed the app to HDMI outputs. I hope they do as HDMI give you video and audio and more and more monitors and projectors have HDMI inputs. We have released an upgraded version of Exhibit A (Version 1.1.0 on March 2) which now includes Dropbox integration, significant stability improvements (easily handles 50MB+ PDF files with intense color graphics), and numerous other features requested by our customers.

2. The price is now $9.99

Michael Henderson, CEO
Lectura, LLC
LecturaApps.comMichael Henderson, CEO Lectura, LLChttp://lecturaapps.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-89640810435163619812011-02-15T15:38:28.662-08:002011-02-15T15:38:28.662-08:00We are pleased with the enthusiasm with which Exhi...We are pleased with the enthusiasm with which Exhibit A has been received! The iPad is an exciting addition to the tools we have for practicing law.

Ted is right to point out the current limits of what can be done on the iPad. He is even more right when he recommends careful testing of your app before using it in a legal proceeding. Yet, we are hearing from many lawyers that Exhibit A is more then capable of handling the trials, arbitrations and mediations that most of us typically encounter (personal injury, criminal or simple business disputes). It can also be used to great effect in discovery proceedings.

Note: Exhibit A is designed to provide a visual connection to your exhibits. There are 12 large exhibit thumbnails per page. At the same time, Exhibit A uses a custom folder system that allows you to easily organize and locate your exhibits when dealing with a substantial number of documents.

For example, you can create a Folder for each witness or presentation topic, and then place the exhibits you intend to use with that witness or for that topic in the specified Folder. This allows you to easily organize and order your presentation of exhibits. The entire exhibit database remains indexed and browsable by name, file type, or alphanumeric grouping, even when exhibits are nested within various Folders.

We invite your comments and suggestions at http://getsatisfaction.com/lecturaappsMichael Henderson, CEO Lectura, LLChttp://lecturaapps.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-73298403192201185272011-02-15T13:30:14.505-08:002011-02-15T13:30:14.505-08:00For writing on the Whiteboard there are many stylu...For writing on the Whiteboard there are many stylus available for the iPad if writing with your finger seems too difficult.John Alesihttp://exhibits4court.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-84806735076476709702011-02-14T06:01:28.610-08:002011-02-14T06:01:28.610-08:00These apps just look immature compared to what is ...These apps just look immature compared to what is available now on a laptop.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
