It does not assign "Q" or "A," nor does it differentiate who is speaking. It does, however, do a pretty good job of capturing the spoken word.Ted Brookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10432420287694829102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-8746551150333258062013-03-03T10:30:24.136-08:002013-03-03T10:30:24.136-08:00I would be interested in seeing a "sample set...I would be interested in seeing a "sample set" of Q&A. Is the program able to distinguish between questions and answers, or does it simply paragraph? And does it paragraph when speakers change? How does it differentiate between speakers? I realize it's a "roughdraft." The problem with these "rough" drafts is that it actually takes more time to correct them than it does to just transcribe the thing from scratch. When the time comes that ASR will save my digital court reporters' time for providing certified transcripts, I'll buy in.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-55054971855206908852012-11-21T15:39:24.746-08:002012-11-21T15:39:24.746-08:00Court Reporters provide services you can only drea...Court Reporters provide services you can only dream of - immediate voice-to-text translation.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6987075063509057978.post-89263242773148269302011-11-03T09:25:23.786-07:002011-11-03T09:25:23.786-07:00As a CLVS, there is a reason I stopped using Visio...As a CLVS, there is a reason I stopped using Visionary products over three years ago. Compatibility issues and lack of support are the main reasons. Not using a court reporter would be a severe disservice to an attorneys client. One small request if you can, you state Visionary has been around since the late 90's, actually we have been around since the early 90's so if you could change that without it being a big bother...

Thanks,

Gary Smith
Visionary Legal TechnologiesTed Brookshttp://www.litigationtech.comnoreply@blogger.com
