NBC Dateline air time with M. Gerald Schwartzbach

Aired on NBC's Dateline last Sunday, "A Matter of Time" is now available online at MSNBC.com. The segment features the story behind the recent trial of Dr. Hootan Roozrokh in San Luis Obispo, Calif. I've provided trial presentation consulting to Gerry Schwartzbach (defense attorney in the Robert Blake trial) in several cases, and am shown in the background in the courtroom scenes.

A little bit of trivia: Notice the crutches against the wall. I had broken my femur while mountain-biking less than a couple months before trial. I now have a permanent titanium pin inside the femur. Fortunately, it doesn't set off the court's metal detectors.
